Start With Hello is an annual program to promote inclusion and acceptance in schools across the nation. At Los Pen, we want every student to feel included and welcome, so we encourage all students to introduce themselves to others they may not have met before. Just saying "hello" can make the difference between inclusion and exclusion, friendship, and isolation.
Start With Hello starts Tuesday, September 19th - 23rd. This year the counseling team at Los Pen has a whole week of fun and interactive school-wide activities planned for Start with Hello Week, to make sure everyone feels included (see attached).
